As an Industrial Engineer Intern in the Progress & Planning Department, you will support the analysis and optimization of production processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow performance.\nWe are building a more efficient, data-driven manufacturing environment through Lean Manufacturing principles, time study techniques, and digital solutions. In this role, you will work with the team to conduct time studies, analyze machine and operator workflows, measure people utilization and OEE, and identify opportunities to balance workloads and improve workstation efficiency. Measurement\nOEE\n Lean Manufacturing Principles & Methodologies: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban/Pull system, Spaghetti Diagram, Work Sequencing Analysis, 5S, SIPOC, Visual management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, DMAIC approach\nBasic statistics support time study, data collection.\n Ergonomics Knowledge: Considered a Plus\nConduct studies to determine the work sequence of machine/people operations and workflow with time study/CO under the instruction from Site IE.\nConduct time studies to establish standard times for production process and develop a digital application to monitor, and analyze production performance and efficiency in dedicated workstations\nStudy and propose optimizations for balancing workload and people utilization in dedicated workstations\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nFinal-year student or recent graduate in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management\nHaving analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, Power BI, Manufacturing simulation tools).\nEnthusiasm for learning and a passion for industrial engineeringProgram Duration: 6 months (starting from Sep-2026), working on-site with a minimum of 4 days per week\nHands-on experience in a professional work environment\nALLOWANCES & BENEFITS\nWork
