Drive productivity and operational improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance.\n2. Optimize capacity and resources: Apply Industrial Engineering methodologies to analyze activities, working time, headcount, machine requirements, and capacity to ensure resources are effectively utilized.\n3.
