MISSION:

In its/their workshop, control & improve operational efficiency and productivity (creation of added value).

• Identify, propose, challenge and support the success of progress.
• Developing the autonomy of operational teams to drive continuous progress by supporting change management.

Key Expected Achievements :

1. The diagnostic: Industrial, Process, Progress is implemented in its area of responsibility and makes it possible to define the potential progress initiatives.

2. The progress initiatives entrusted to them are implemented using the DMAIC methodology and/or the LEAN approach.

3. The “OI basics” are in place, maintained and demonstrate the level of practices expected of the profession in its sector

(OI Diagnosis and Upgrade/Maintained Plan)

4. The standards and associated control mechanisms are established.

5. Change management is successfully carried out.

6. Operational teams gain autonomy to manage their progress initiatives.

7. Flows & cost are under control and improved.

8. The necessary resources (staff/processes/machines) are defined, under control and the capacities are mastered.

9. Good practices are shared with the progress network and used to identify and propose progress actions.
