This includes event storytelling, scriptwriting, media communications, executive speechwriting, event preparation and rehearsal coordination, host selection, and on-site communications support.\nA key aspect of the role will be to reimagine existing content and event formats, bringing fresh, innovative approaches that resonate with today's multimedia environment while strengthening the MICHELIN Guide's position as a leading lifestyle and media brand.\nKey Responsibilities :\nStrategic Communications & Storytelling\nDevelop engaging narratives for restaurant, hotel, and wine selections.\nContribute to the MICHELIN Guide's transformation into a global media platform through innovative content and storytelling strategies.\nCreate culturally relevant communication frameworks that can be adapted across regions worldwide.\nEvents & Ceremonies\nLead global communications planning for MICHELIN Guide ceremonies and events\nDevelop event concepts, scripts, and communication materials.\nSupport central event teams in the execution of ceremonies and special events.\nSupervise events communication activities in Europe\nAdvise on host selection, event messaging, and audience engagement strategies.\nCoordinate rehearsals and provide communications guidance throughout event delivery.\nMedia Relations & Corporate Communications\nDraft and oversee key communication assets, including:Press releases\nMedia briefs\nQ&A documents\nExecutive speeches\nEvent scripts\n\nWork closely with the Michelin Group Press Office on media relations, reputation management, and crisis communication matters.\nEnsure consistency of messaging across all MICHELIN Guide communications activities.\nContent Development\nProduce and coordinate the monthly MICHELIN Guide newsletter in alignment with the Group Press Office.\nCollaborate closely with editorial, social media, partnerships, and events teams to develop compelling content for owned and earned channels.\nCreate global communication toolkits and guidelines to support regional teams.\nProfile & Qualifications :\nExperience\nSignificant experience in communications, corporate storytelling, content creation, or public relations.\nProven expertise in media relations, press communications, and event communications.\nStrong copywriting, editorial, and speechwriting skills.\nExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an international environment.\nSkills & Competencies\nOutstanding storytelling and narrative development capabilities.\nStrong understanding of contemporary media landscapes and digital content trends.\nCreativity, curiosity, and a keen awareness of global cultural movements, extending beyond gastronomy and hospitality.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality communications assets within tight deadlines.\nLanguages\nNative-level French (mandatory).\nFluent English (C2 level).\nPackage :\n65k€ + bonus + employee benefits\n- -
