Right First-Time principles are applied. Conduct and lead industrialization of new products, new processes, new materials and revolutions of product, process, and materials by using standard HQRI (Homologation, Qualification, Industrial robustness) with central Method and product R&D teams. Develop flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures, is responsible for maintaining overall database of product and process specifications and communicate with relevant parties within the plant. Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff to problem solving, process issues, process ability, performance deviations (product, industrialization) and material problems (nonconformities) and guide plant team on root cause analysis and countermeasures .
