岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with SVIP users. Analyze and understand user’s preference and promote them with suitable strategy/events to boost recharge
- Follow up SVIP users inquiries and provide good service to solve issues in app. Increase user engagement and their monthly recharge amount
- Look on competitive apps events/policies and recruit spenders from other apps
- Maintain a database with up-to-date SVIP users information. Do regular data analysis of their recharge and create follow up strategy
任职要求 / Requirements
- Familiar with live streaming app. Have good connections with spenders. Previous working experience in live streaming app is preferable
- Good service mindset to create customer engagement
- Good at data operation, such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Self-motivated, highly-responsible. Good analytical thinking and communication skills
