high-tech electronic medical devices.\n\nConduct control checks and testing.\n\nProvide technical support and training to Distributors’ service engineers.\n\nProvide technical troubleshooting support to end users of our devices.\n\nUpdate the company’s ERP system for technical issues monitoring purposes.\n\nHandle administrative matters of the technical service department and ad hoc supporting activities as required.\n\nRequirements:\n\nVocational or technical degree (IEK, ATEI, etc.) in Electronics engineering or related\n\nAt least 2 years proven relevant experience as an electronics or technical service engineer\n\nFamiliarity with diagnostic and measurement instruments\n\nIn-depth electronics engineering skills are highly preferable\n\nProfessional technical service support skills are essential\n\nPositive, problem-solving, team-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to demonstrate ownership of an issue until fully resolved\n\nAttention to detail, accuracy, and diligence\n\nExcellent
