Not someone waiting for briefs. We're looking for a creative producer and storyteller who can find a story, figure out the angle, pick up a camera and make it.\nYou'll develop the creative direction behind LAP's content, create recurring formats and produce content end to end across our existing channels and whatever platform matters next. One day you might follow the founder through a new store decision. The next you're filming customers on the street, documenting a launch, interviewing a barista or turning something ridiculous that happened at HQ into a story.\nYou'll work directly with the founders and have unusual access to the people, decisions, wins, failures and chaos behind building LAP. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and a serious jumping board for the right person.\nYour job is simple: make LAP impossible to ignore.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild our presence on TikTok and Instagram from idea to published post, and become one of the faces of the brand along the way.\n\nOwn our channels end to end: ideas, producing, posting.\n\nTurn our stores, people, products, openings, partnerships and the things that happen every day into content people actually want to watch.\n\nSpot trends early and make them feel like LAP, not like another brand copying TikTok.\n\nGrow our audience from where it is today into the millions.\n\nDevelop creative direction, build formats and recurring ideas, not just one off content, and move fast enough to actually make them.\n\nWork closely with the founders, Growth, Brand and the rest of the team.\n\nBuild the content playbook and eventually the team around it.\n\nNo endless approval chains. No waiting for a brief. We want someone who makes things happen.\nWho We're Looking For:\nWe're looking for a slightly unusual person. You might be the one if:\nYou understand TikTok and Instagram almost instinctively.\n\nYou have very strong opinions about what is good content.\n\nYou've built an audience or grown an account before. It doesn't have to be a huge one.\n\nYou can go from idea to phone to published video without needing someone to hold your hand.\n\nYou're comfortable on camera and don't take yourself too seriously.\n\nYou move fast. You figure things out. You don't wait for perfect conditions.\n\nYou're smart, curious and genuinely excited to understand how a business works.\n\nYou have high agency: when you see something that should happen, you make it happen.\n\nYou care about performance, but know that not everything good can be measured in a spreadsheet.\n\nYou have great taste and care about making things that feel right for the brand, not just things that perform.\n\nYou speak fluent German and English and are based in Berlin.\n\nYou don't need to tick every box. If you're smart, hungry, hardworking, have great taste and make things happen, we'd rather meet you than reject you because you don't have the \"right\" background.\nWhy LAP?\nYou won't be starting from zero.
