details.\n\nGive an AI assistant clear instructions for real-world tasks, then review its work for accuracy, tone, grammar, completeness, and whether it followed the instructions given.\n\nApply detailed grading guidelines to evaluate, rank, and annotate assistant responses, with a focus on language quality, literary and stylistic appropriateness, clarity, and tone.\n\nDraw on your knowledge of literature, rhetoric, and composition to judge whether AI-written text is well-constructed, audience-appropriate, and faithful to the request.\n\nUse AI training tools and platforms to record findings and submit evaluation data in line with project standards and milestones.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBased in the US, with an iPhone with iMessage and a Facebook and/or Instagram account.\n\nBachelor's degree in English, literature, creative writing, linguistics, comparative literature, education, or a related humanities field.\n\nStrong instruction-following skills: the ability to read detailed, multi-step guidelines carefully and apply every requirement accurately, without skipping or reinterpreting steps.\n\nExperience teaching English or literature (for example, language arts, literature, composition, creative writing, or ESL) at the K-12, college, or adult education level.\n\nSolid knowledge of literary analysis, writing conventions, and grammar, with the ability to evaluate text for style, tone, and clarity.\n\nDaily, hands-on use of Google Classroom to run your classes: posting assignments and announcements, giving feedback on student work, managing due dates, and communicating with students and parents, alongside regular use of Gmail and Google Calendar.\n\nExperience using AI tools for real, practical tasks, with comfort giving an AI assistant
