No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.\nScope of Work\nAnalyze legal disputes and develop comprehensive litigation strategies based on case specifics and applicable law.\n\nConduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project deliverables.\n\nDraft and review a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, for accuracy and relevance.\n\nAssess evidence, contracts, and discovery materials to provide critical analysis and insights.\n\nProvide clear written and verbal explanations of litigation principles, processes, and best practices for project use.\n\nCollaborate with other legal experts to ensure solutions reflect current litigation standards and practices.\n\nDeliver detailed case management recommendations and outline procedural strategies for hypothetical or real-life scenarios.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.\n\nActive law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.\n\nExtensive experience in civil or commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and motion practice.\n\nDemonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analysis.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.\n\nStrong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple case assignments or deliverables.\n\nExperience providing consultation or training on litigation topics is a plus.\n\nCompensation StructureCompensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply.
