Job Title: Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote The Role As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You’ll work closely with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, scalable execution. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment. Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting. Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality. Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards. Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics. Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
