You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and finance, and play a key role in driving execution on complex, high-impact projects.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn robotics data pipelines end-to-end with clear accountability for quality and delivery.\n\nDesign and optimize large-scale data collection and processing pipelines.\n\nScale operations by balancing cost, quality, and throughput.\n\nDeploy and manage hardware systems (multi-camera rigs, RGB/stereo/IMU sensors).\n\nLead data transformation pipelines aligned with strict client schemas and formats.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, QA, and reporting.\n\nDefine and enforce capture protocols, workflows, and operational standards.\n\nTranslate client requirements into executable systems and processes.\n\nWork closely with engineering, operations, and finance to drive execution.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nStrong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.\n\nHands-on with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.\n\nAnalytical and systems-oriented; able to optimize cost vs speed vs quality.\n\nClear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nExperience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.\n\nProven ability to define schemas, protocols, and operational standards.\n\nTrack record of driving cross-functional execution and improving systems.\n\nHigh ownership, fast execution, and comfort in ambiguous environments.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience scaling robotics data operations from pilot to production.\n\nBuilt internal tools for data validation, QA, or pipeline automation.\n\nExperience working directly with clients on technical data requirements.\n\nCompensation & Benefits NoticeThe national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000.
