The position reports to the Head of Presales. You will design complete customer solutions, develop technical proposals, prepare and deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and work closely with Product and R&D to validate performance across our priority 5G mmWave use cases.\nYou will collaborate with our Head of Presales, drawing on their deep technical expertise and progressively building your own autonomy. Both roles contribute to customer opportunities according to expertise and availability. This is a practical engineering role combining customer-facing work with laboratory and field testing.\nExecute 5G mmWave network configuration.\n\nExecute integration and migration work on L1, L2, L3 layers.\n\nPreparation of configuration files and scripts.\n\nYou will participate in pre-sales activities, including pre-studies by providing technical analysis and expertise.\n\nPlan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work.\n\nPreparing and executing system, module and acceptance tests.\n\nYou will work to identify and drive improvements.\n\nThis is a Warsaw-based position, with regular on-site collaboration with Product and R&D teams and access to laboratory facilities. Regular travel across Europe and occasional international travel are required.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution design & technical proposals\nDesign end-to-end solutions for customer requirements, including architecture, equipment selection, integration assumptions and deployment configurations.\n\nPrepare bills of materials (BoMs), architecture diagrams and complete technical proposals, including responses to technical RFP requirements.\n\nPropose commercial pricing using approved price lists and guidelines, subject to Sales review and approval.\n\nWork with Sales and the Head of Presales to refine solutions and proposals based on opportunity needs and technical complexity.\n\nCustomer demonstrations & PoCs\nPrepare, configure, troubleshoot and deliver live demonstrations and technical workshops for customers and partners.\n\nSet up and support proof-of-concepts and field trials, including gNB, 5G core, CPE and associated network components.\n\nSupport customer and partner technical discussions and provide practical deployment guidance; travel regularly within Europe and occasionally internationally.\n\nUpdate scope of demonstrations & PoC in accordance with R&D to reflect the latest product capabilities and market interest\n\nUse case testing & performance validation\nCollaborate with Product and R&D to translate priority use cases into representative test scenarios, configurations and measurable acceptance criteria.\n\nExecute repeatable laboratory and field tests, measuring relevant KPIs such as uplink/downlink throughput, latency, range, stability and other use-case-specific performance indicators.\n\nInvestigate integration and performance issues, document findings and work with engineering teams on resolution and retesting.\n\nPerformance reference data & documentation\nBuild and maintain a structured library of validated reference configurations and performance results for priority use cases.\n\nDocument test setup, methodology, environmental assumptions, measured results, limitations and expected performance, clearly distinguishing measurements from estimates.\n\nProvide reliable technical evidence and reusable materials for customer proposals, demonstrations, Sales and Marketing.\n\nCross-functional collaboration\nWork closely with the Head of Presales to transfer specialist knowledge and progressively take ownership of increasingly complex solutions.\n\nProvide structured feedback to Product and R&D on customer requirements, interoperability gaps and observed product performance.\n\nSupport system integrators and technology partners with technical integration and solution validatio\n\nJob requirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.\n\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in presales engineering, telecom network integration, solution engineering or a comparable technical role.\n\nDirect practical experience configuring, integrating and troubleshooting 5G RAN environments, including gNBs, 5G core networks and CPEs.\n\nSolid understanding of 5G NR, IP networking, Linux-based systems and end-to-end network deployment; familiarity with RF and mmWave is an advantage.\n\nExperience setting up demonstrations, PoCs or testbeds and using tools to measure and document network performance.\n\nSolid programming skills in Python and scripting (Linux, Windows) focusing on automation and data analysis and report generation\n\nAbility to prepare clear technical architectures, bills of materials, customer-facing technical proposals and test reports.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to learn from senior technical experts.\n\nGood communication skills and confidence interacting with customers, partners and cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.\n\nWillingness to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to other international locations.\n\nPreferred: Experience with private 5G, mmWave, FWA, industrial networks, defence/critical communications, mobile operators or research environments;
