You'll work closely with engineering leads and the CTO to ensure that prototypes, features, and full systems are delivered on time and to spec - while also preparing internal processes and documentation for scaling and mass production.\nWhether your background is more in project delivery or full program oversight, success in this role means bringing strong technical understanding, proactive coordination, and scalable organization to a complex, engineering-heavy environment.\nResponsibilities\nCross-Team Project & Program Coordination\nManage technical schedules and milestones across hardware, software, and RAN/system integration teams.\n\nAlign priorities and timelines, track dependencies, and drive execution across engineering functions.\n\nFacilitate regular updates, issue tracking, and milestone reviews.\n\nProduct & Prototype Support\nEnsure the hardware team has access to necessary firmware, tools, and test software for prototyping and validation.\n\nCoordinate with the software team to align platform support with hardware availability and new feature testing.\n\nWork with the RAN team to test and validate full system configurations in lab and field environments.\n\nManufacturing & Production Readiness\nCollaborate with manufacturing partners (e.g., EMS, enclosure vendors) to prepare for mass production.\n\nTrack and maintain documentation readiness: BoMs, firmware/software release versions, assembly/test procedures, etc.\n\nSupport internal handoff processes from engineering to production.\n\nProcess Development for Scaling\nHelp formalize lightweight, scalable processes for internal testing, release management, documentation, and quality checks.\n\nIntroduce project tracking and workflow systems as needed to support engineering growth.\n\nIdentify and improve gaps in communication, documentation, or delivery flow.\n\nPartner and Deployment Coordination\nAlign internal readiness with external partner requirements for software compatibility, system validation, and field deployments.\n\nSupport the RAN/Deployment team in planning and executing field trials, PoCs, and customer integrations.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within a product-driven engineering company.\n\nUnderstanding of both hardware and embedded software lifecycles.\n\nStrong organizational skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional technical efforts.\n\nFamiliarity with subcontractor or vendor coordination (e.g., EMS, component suppliers, test labs).\n\nGood to have\nExperience in telecom/wireless industries (e.g., 4G/5G, mmWave, RAN systems).\n\nExposure to manufacturing ramp-up or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.\n\nUnderstanding of embedded Linux systems, FPGA development, or RF design workflows.\n\nHands-on experience with Redmine or similar project tracking tools.\n\nJob benefits\nSalary: 12,000 -
