Come join us and be a part of our team in an engaging environment that offers work -life balance with an opportunity to grow.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Production Operator is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPackage, label, lot and stack all products.\nMake boxes in preparation for packing.\nVisually inspect products for defects.\nMove boxes from line to skids for wrapping and transport.\nAssist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare Medical products.\nOperate all forklifts. \nDaily trash and cardboard disposal.\nProvide support in other areas of manufacturing as needed.\nEnsure safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment.\nParticipate in training other Operators as needed.\nPromote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings. \nGeneral facility and production clean up as needed. \nPerform other duties as directed by the supervisor working between production and blending.\nCOMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE:\nAbility to learn processes\nPunctuality and willingness to work\nPossess excellent organizational skills\nAbility to follow directions and work efficiently\nRequirements\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
