We are headquartered in central Connecticut accessible from both Greater Hartford and New Haven.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThe Technician is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow.\nRESPONSIBILITES:\nAssist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all of the different types of MicroCare products. \nPackage, label, lot, and stack all products according to batch ticket instructions. \nInspect all finished products for accuracy and quality. \nMaintain clean work environment. \nDispose of daily trash and cardboard.\nAssist in various warehouse tasks as needed.\nIf required, move raw materials and finished goods around the warehouse with propane powered forklift.\nPromote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings. \nOther duties as assigned.\nCOMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE\nAbility to read and follow detailed batch ticket instructions\nMathematically competent\nWarehouse, industrial, or manufacturing work experience\nAbility to adhere to deadlines\nRequirements\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
