People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nThe Administrator III - Logistics is a key member of the logistics team responsible for supporting inventory management, material handling, kitting, shipping, and receiving activities. This role helps ensure accurate material movement, efficient logistics execution, and strong cross-functional support across business operations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nMaterial Handling, Inventory, and Shipping Support\nSupport daily logistics activities, including receiving, shipping, storing, distributing, and issuing materials.\nPerform material handling, kitting, packing, and shipment preparation activities as needed.\nManage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and complete transactions in ERP and shipping systems.\nPrepare domestic and international shipments, including required shipping and export documentation.\nProcess Production, Expense, RMA, and Virtual receipts in accordance with established procedures.\nOperate within shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and other logistics systems.\nProcess Improvement and Cross-Functional Support\nParticipate in cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory reduction, quality improvement, and inventory turns.\nIdentify logistics issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport process improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, safety, and customer service.\nOperational Flexibility\nCross-train across logistics functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and kitting.\nCollaborate with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nSupport additional projects, assignments, and operational priorities as needed.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nQualifications\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.\nExperience supporting domestic and international shipments, including export documentation and AES filing, preferred.\nExperience working in a fast-paced operations or manufacturing environment.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience using ERP systems such as Agile, SAP, Dynamics AX, or similar platforms.\nExperience using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier shipping systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to accurately enter, review, and maintain logistics and inventory data.\nCore Competencies\nStrong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures.\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.\nAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.\nCommitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nAdditional Knowledge\nKnowledge of export compliance requirements.\nUnderstanding of inventory control practices and material handling procedures.\nFamiliarity with ESD material handling guidelines preferred.\nU.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
