People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking an Engineer to develop tests, validate, and debug new PCI Express (PCIe) switches and Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) controllers, as well as support validation for existing devices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive silicon and system validation plans to ensure compliance with functional specifications.\nDiagnose and resolving complex hardware and software issues in post-silicon environments.\nBuild and enhance validation tools and test automation scripts.\nGuide and mentor junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.\nLeading complex test execution and conducting investigations in a lab environment on-site and remotely.\nFinding and reporting bugs. Working with cross-expertise teams and leading efforts to isolate, investigate and solve them.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. \n2+ years of relevant experience. New graduates who have appropriate experience may be considered. Applicants with significantly more experience may be considered for a senior position.\nRequired Skills\nKnowledge of software engineering principles.\nProficiency in programming scripting (e.g., Python, C, or similar).\nDeep understanding of digital systems and computer architecture.\nAbility to develop and execute functional validation plans, including creating supporting software.\nExperience in IC and SoC validation.\nExperience debugging & working with prototype ICs, boards and HW infrastructure.\nExperience working in a lab environment and knowledge of relevant test equipment and protocol analyzers.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams and present technical insights.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of PCIe/CXL system architecture and/or NVMe storage interfaces.\nKnowledge of I2C/I3C/SMBus interfaces.\nFamiliarity with lab equipment, such as protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers.\nExperience in high-speed digital design and board-level development.\nExperience testing and debugging high-speed SERDES.\nKnowledge of FPGA design tools and VHDL/Verilog coding.\nExperience in assembling computer systems and various operating systems including Linux & Windows.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Pay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
