Oversee line support and machine performance.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities:\nDemonstrate the skills and share in carrying the duties and responsibilities of an equipment engineer I.\nLearn and practice the principle of equipment maintenance standards, preventive maintenance/calibration, buyoff and qualification. Establish PM strategies and protocols\nDisassemble, repair and reassemble equipment according to operating manuals, schematics, blueprints and the likes.\nOversee service calls on production equipment or instruments as needed.\nWork closely with process engineers to understand equipment interactions and limitations relative to operating specifications.\nReview and analyze machine utilization data and provide improvement as needed.\nSelects, develops, coach and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\n.
