People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nDevelop physical verification regression test cases to QA physical verification decks\nSupport Layout and Design engineers with physical verification activities using verification tools such as Siemens Calibre, Cadence Pegasus, or Synopsys Hercules\nUtilize Knowledge of advanced EDA methods to support ESD, ERC, Voltage-Aware DRC, via doubling methodologies, etc.\nWork with Technology Development and Device Engineering to develop DRC rules, additional devices, and design for manufacturability checks\nDevelop rule decks as needed to support flow\nVerify and enhance foundry rule decks\nSupport remote sites worldwide with layout verification activities\nSupport debug of physical verification issues\nWork as a member of team to develop flows to improve quality and reliability of device\nRequirements/Qualifications:\n5+ years developing and supporting PDK activities\nFluent with SVRF and TVF\nAccomplished at debugging PV issues\nFamiliar with customizing Calibre Interactive\nSolid knowledge of layout rules and concepts, device identification concepts, and foundry rules\nStrong knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and CalibreDRV\nExperience using AI solutions\nExcellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
