People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nThe Production Operator is responsible for performing assigned manufacturing tasks in accordance with established work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety requirements. The role supports daily production goals by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality in a controlled manufacturing or cleanroom environment.\nOperate production equipment, tools, and fixtures in accordance with approved SOPs and work instructions.\nExecute assigned manufacturing processes such as loading/unloading, inspection, packaging, or process monitoring.\nMeet daily output, yield, and quality targets set by production management.\nFollow proper material handling and lot tracking procedures to ensure traceability.\nPerform in-process checks and visual inspections based on quality standards.\nAccurately document production data, inspection results, and deviations as required.\nIdentify, report, and contain abnormal conditions, defects, or process issues.\nComply with quality systems and customer requirements affecting product quality.\nComplete production records, checklists, and forms accurately and on time.\nParticipate in audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).\nFollow company safety policies and support environmental, health, and safety programs.\nProperly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to cleanroom protocols.\nImmediately report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nTechnical / Vocational Course Graduate in any of the following fields: Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology\nAssociate degree (2-year course) related to: Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering Technology\nMinimum of 2 to 3 years experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.\nExperienced as a former Nepes operator is an advantage, particularly with background and knowledge in the WLCSP and M-Series process.\nStrong experience with WLCSP or advanced packaging tools is highly preferred.\nKnowledge of safety protocols and cleanroom practices.\nProficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.\nWillingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.\nTeam-oriented with good communication and cooperation skills.\nAbility to work under time and productivity targets.\nBasic training or certification in:Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing\nCleanroom operations\nEquipment operation or basic machine troubleshooting\nESD (Electrostatic Discharge) awareness\n\n5S, Lean, or basic quality systems\nTravel Time:\nNo TravelTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
