If so, we’d love to hear from you.\nMicrochip Denmark is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Developer to join our experienced team working on the full software stack for Ethernet switches used in the automotive industry. You will be part of a local SW team focusing on creating turnkey Switch firmware, and will be working closely with other teams in the same building doing the low-level drivers and RTL team designing the HW.\nYour Role\nYou'll primarily work in the application layer of our embedded software stack, contributing to management interfaces, protocol support and safety features. Your responsibilities will span the full development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and specification to implementation, testing, and documentation.\nDepending on your interests and experience, you may also:\nMentor junior developers\n\nTake on leadership responsibilities\n\nTake lead on architecture, Switch features, FuSA and/or security\n\nContribute to process improvements and standardization efforts\n\nEngage with industry standards bodies\n\nOur Environment\nWe develop software for Microchip-designed Switch SoCs, PHYs, and evaluation boards.
