This role will work closely with Business Analysts, customers, technical teams, and end users to design, develop, enhance, and support custom applications, reporting solutions, integrations, and data-driven systems for Manufacturing, Engineering, and related business functions.\nThis position is intended for a senior technical contributor and technical lead. The Senior Software Engineer will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, support project execution, and help drive continuous improvement across applications, processes, and systems.\nBecause this role supports global stakeholders, occasional meetings outside normal business hours may be required to accommodate teams in different time zones.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nDesign, develop, test, debug, implement, and support custom enterprise applications for Manufacturing, Engineering, and related business functions\n\nDevelop and support .NET applications, reporting solutions, and ETL processes for manufacturing and engineering organizations.\n\nWork with Business Analysts, customers, technical users, and non-technical users to understand requirements, evaluate options, and drive effective solutions\n\nServe as a technical lead for enterprise application initiatives, including solution design, development standards, testing, implementation, and support\n\nSupport multiple domestic and international sites with scalable, reliable, and maintainable application solutions\n\nPrepare functional and technical documentation and provide regular project updates\n\nUse internal tracking systems to log requests, issues, enhancements, and projects\n\nFollow Information Systems policies and procedures related to related technical discipline\n\nMinimum of 5+ years of software development experience\n\nExperience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting business or enterprise applications\n\nExperience working with Business Analysts, customers, and end users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver software-based solutions\n\nExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience with relational databases, SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling concepts\n\nExperience creating functional and technical documentation\n\nDemonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, mentor others, and lead project or team activities\n\nAbility to work on-site full time at the Gresham, Oregon location\n\nAbility to occasionally participate in meetings outside normal business hours to support global teams and stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSemiconductor manufacturing experience\n\nFrontend semiconductor manufacturing experience is strongly preferred\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing execution, engineering, production, reporting, automation, or data systems in a semiconductor FAB environment\n\nExperience supporting enterprise applications across multiple sites or global business units\n\nExperience as a technical lead, senior developer, team lead, or supervisor\n\nProject management experience, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking\n\nExperience with Microsoft O365, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Team Foundation Server, or similar tools\n\nTechnical Skills\nThe Senior Software Engineer should have experience in several of the following areas:\nApplication Development: Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, MVC, Web API, WCF, and web services\n\nWeb Technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS3, and web design methodologies\n\nDatabase Development: SQL, stored procedures, relational database design, Oracle, SQL Server, and data modeling\n\nReporting and Data Integration: SSRS, SSIS, reporting solutions, and ETL processes\n\nArchitecture and Tools: Service-oriented
