People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nResponsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, resolving customer and internal quality issues, managing non-conforming products, monitoring corrective actions, supporting audits, analyzing quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.\nDrive timely resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns.\nCollaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and RMAs.\nReview, disposition, and ensure proper containment of non-conforming materials and products.\nMonitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.\nMaintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.\nAnalyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.\nReview failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport customer, supplier, and internal audits.\nLead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nRequirements\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.\nFamiliarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA), failure analysis, and root cause investigation.\nUnderstanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.\nAble to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
