Communicates job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises results. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees while enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.\nMaintains resource needs by working with HR, PC and IE.\nMaintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; observing waste and improving ways on how to minimize or eliminate it.\nHelp support the company KRA by implementing cost reductions and improving cycle times.\nCompletes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.\nMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.\nEnsures operation of equipment by calling for repairs.\nProvides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.\nCreates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.\nMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.\nResolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.\nMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed\nImplement and adhere with the Company Policy and Guiding Values.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering such as Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical.\nMinimum 2 years work experience in Manufacturing; preferably Semiconductor Industry.\nExperience in People Management, both DL and IDLs, will be advantageous.Other Requirements:\n\nExcellent in written and oral communication, with good interpersonal relationship skills.\nBasic use of analysis tools such as SPC, QC Tools, 8D, and PDCA.\nKnowledge in LEAN Manufacturing and 8 Wastes.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
