People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nEMPLOYEE RELATIONS\nLead investigations involving employee misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and workplace concerns.\nProvide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, performance issues, and labor-related matters.\nPrepare and review disciplinary documentation, including Notices to Explain (NTEs), written warnings, and case summaries.\nFacilitate conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations.\nEnsure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.\nTALENT ACQUISITION\nPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.\nRecommend recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.\nConducts Behavioral Assessment of candidates applying for crucial positions during the recruitment period.\nAssist recruiters on New Hire Orientation\nPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT\nSupport managers in performance appraisal processes and employee development planning.\nGuide leaders in handling performance concerns and improvement plans.\nMonitor and analyze performance management trends and recommend improvements.\nCOMPLIANCE AND LABOR RELATIONS\nEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.\nSupport labor-management relations activities when applicable.\nCoordinate audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.\nMonitor HR practices to minimize organizational risk.\nHR OPERATIONS (HRIS)\nEnsure timely processing of employee movements, documentation, and HR transactions.\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses for management.\nRecommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service delivery.\nCORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND EMPLOYEE PROGRAM\nEstablish a work-life balance environment through the implementation of Employee Engagement Activities/ Corporate Social Responsibility Projects.\nMake a difference in the community by embarking on Corporate Social Responsibility projects as part of the company’s Guiding Values.\nLEADERSHIP AND TEAM SUPPORT\nProvide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to HR team members.\nLead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nServe as acting HR Supervisor or HR Manager when required.\nSupport capability-building efforts within the HR team.\nOthers:\nPerform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Company and HR Team objectives.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field\nMinimum of 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.· \nAt least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience.· \nStrong background in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Labor Compliance.\nExperience in manufacturing or multinational environments is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.\nProven experience handling employee disciplinary cases and workplace investigations.\nExcellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.• \nStrong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
