The role supports PCB assembly activities, material handling, documentation, and general administrative tasks to help ensure efficient and accurate test support operations.\nSpecific Duties & Responsibilities\nMaterial handling: Move materials from warehouse to lab using carts to stock\nHand soldering: Solder PCBs and test hardware manually\nBill of Materials (BOM) reviews: Review and manage component lists\n1. Check part numbers and component availability\n2. Request purchases for out-of-stock items\n3. Identify and replace obsolete components\n4. Update BOM documentation\nWork log maintenance: Update work logs for tracking and traceability\nBasic troubleshooting of test hardware\nComponent replacement: Find and replace defective components during testing\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nEducation Level\nGraduate of at least 2-year Technology course in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics\nWorking experience\nPreferably one (1) year of experience in PCB assembly, Semiconductor, Electronics company, or a related field\nFresh graduate could be considered\nOther Requirements\nGoal-oriented and focused on team targets\nDriven to learn and constantly upgrade skills\nFlexible to work overtime during peak production\nReady to deploy to other lab sites as needed.\nProficient in reading schematics and block diagrams\nSkilled in analyzing technical datasheets.\nCapable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
