Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance.\n2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.\n3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.\n4. Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.\n5. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.\n6. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams when necessary.\n7. Log, track, and update incidents and service requests within the IT ticket management system.\n8. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.\n9. Assist with IT infrastructure operations and support IT-related projects as assigned.\n10. Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\n1. Diploma of Computer Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n2. 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Fresh graduates are welcome, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or a similar technical support role.\n3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.\n4. Microsoft Windows operating systems\nMicrosoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nComputer hardware and software troubleshooting\nBasic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)\nActive Directory or user account administration, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\n5. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.\n6. Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and best practices.\n7.
