Our team ensures Quality Management System conformance, product quality and reliability, regulatory compliance, and fulfillment of customer and space agency requirements. Based in Nantes, you will primarily support French and European development activities within a global organization.\nAs an Aerospace & Defense Quality Technician, you will report to the ASD Quality Manager and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering reliable electronic components for the ASD market. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all delivered products meet the stringent requirements of clients and space agencies.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nVerify the conformity of delivered products with customer and space agency requirements.\nReview production processes, recommend improvements, and prepare associated delivery documentation.\nAdminister and archive assembly, test, and qualification records for all delivered products.\nConsolidate qualification results and generate detailed reports.\nValidate product configuration management to ensure traceability and compliance.\nOversee documentation control by providing and updating source files, recording and tracking changes, and distributing new versions to relevant stakeholders\nParticipate in the execution of the internal audit plan for the Aerospace & Defense Group in Nantes.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nQualifications and Experience\nTechnical degree (BAC+2) or equivalent.\nInterested in the Space environment, in discovering new products and fields, you are convinced that customer satisfaction is the focus.\nExperience with Quality Management Systems and familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and standards is a plus.\nKnowledge, even limited, of EN9100, ECSS, ESCC and MIL-PRF systems requirements would be a strong advantage\nCompetencies\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nRigorous, methodical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
