People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\n6 to 10 years of experience in Design, simulate, optimize, and validate inductive position sensor modules\nDevelop PCB sensor layouts and demonstrators\nDevelop reference designs and application modules\nAssemble and debug prototypes\nPerform laboratory measurements using oscilloscopes, function generators, and test benches\nAnalyze sensor performance and troubleshoot customer hardware\nSupport customers from concept → prototype → debugging → production\nCreate application notes, design guides, and user documentation\nDevelop software/tools for demonstrators and production programmers\nWork closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams\nParticipate in customer meetings and technical presentations\nSupport product design-ins and new feature development\nTravel occasionally to customers\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nSensor Coil / PCB Design Strong\nPCB Layout Strong\nAltium Strong\nSensor Simulation Experience with electromagnetic/FEM simulation\nFEM Simulation Tools Experience preferred\nLab Debugging Strong\nTest & Measurement Oscilloscope, function generator, test bench\nProgramming C, Python, LabVIEW beneficial\nAutomotive / Industrial Sensing Experience preferred\nFunctional Safety Preferred\nTechnical Documentation Application notes, design guides, technical documentation\nCustomer Support Major responsibility\nCommunication Global customer and cross-functional team interaction\nEnglish Strong spoken and written communication\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
