People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nThe Quality Engineer-I will support quality requirements by:\nAct as the primary quality liason between product strategy, technical development, and production execution.\nCollect and analyze quality performance data, yield rates, and process metrics to spot trends.\nWork on the Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) system: Products/process quality issues, containment action plans, root cause determination and corrective action implementation.\nAssist the Quality Engineering Team with the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)\nParticipate as an audit team member to ensure compliance to AS9100 and assess effectiveness of the QMS.\nHelp facilitate continual improvement and learning culture across all functional areas through training and communication of quality initiatives. \nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Material Science (or equivalent)\n\n0-2 years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing design or processing, Quality Assurance\n\nDetail oriented and critical thinker characteristics are required.\n\nTeamwork spirit is required.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office for detailed metric and technical reports / presentations.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with individuals of all levels.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.\n\nUS Person - This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.\n\nU.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
