People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nThe Hardware Engineer II is responsible for developing complex test boards that interface production test equipment with the integrated circuits to be tested (in wafer and package form).\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in electronics or physical measurements, with at least three years of experience in technical project management and electronic-board development and routing tools.\nGeneral knowledge of electronic-component functions and types\nIn-depth knowledge of technical project management\nIn-depth knowledge of hardware development processes\nIn-depth knowledge of CAD software, ideally Altium.\nAbility to work remotely with groups located in different time zones (Europe, Asia and the United States)\nGood written, reading and spoken English\nCoordinate cross-functional team activities involving printed circuit board CAD engineering, mechanical engineering, PCB suppliers and assembly teams.\nLead and track several development projects in parallel at different stages of completion.\nDevelop schematics for complex PCB projects using approved component libraries and established procedures.\nCheck PCB routing quality and the positioning and dimensions of components, stiffeners, mechanical fixtures and/or connectors based on datasheets, drawings and project documentation.\nCheck and approve colleagues' electrical schematics as part of the development process.\nOrganize the various design reviews throughout the project (kick-off, schematic, placement and final design review), and check and approve the documents produced.\nEstablish and approve the board design, manufacturing and delivery schedule with the various stakeholders.\nDefine project requirements and characteristics with internal customers.\nPropose suitable probe-card technologies based on the device requirements.\nEnter project information in the database (price, commitment dates and documentation).\nCollaborate with cross-functional working groups within the TSG (Test System Group).\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nHandling, Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\n10% Standing 90% Sitting 100% InsidePay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
