People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nBuild and maintain PC-based and embedded test infrastructures. \nDevelop, specify, and implement automated software tests. \nExecute software verification at unit, integration, and system levels. \nDocument test environments, verification procedures, and test results. \nPerform debugging, failure analysis, bug reporting, and defect tracking. \nSupport software validation, performance optimization, and reliability improvements. \nCollaborate with software, systems, hardware, and validation teams. \nSupport customer feature requests and issue resolution activities.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBE or equivalent degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline. \nProfessional experience in software development and software verification/testing. \nStrong programming skills in C/C++ and good expertise in Python. \nExperience in specifying test cases and automated software testing. \nExperience with object-oriented programming (OOP). \nKnowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. \nExperience with software development on Linux OS. \nStrong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. \nExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken).\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
