People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nEnsure best product quality performance of assembly subcon suppliers through close management and collaboration\nManage and track supplier assembly performance to meet/exceed set target yield goals\nAnalyzes subcon assembly performance indices on qualified processes and establish proactive control systems to maintain/improve process capability\nParticipate in customer and annual basis quality audit at OSAT\nInvestigate both internal/customer quality concerns and drive 8D corrective/preventive actions related to the quality issues\nInitiate, organize, and finalize disposition for non-conforming lot and expired material at subcon through SLD (Subcon Lot Disposition) and NCRB (Non-conforming review board)\nReview specification comparison/gap analysis between Microchip and Assembly Subcon\nFacilitate and review marking FAI and pre-production build requirements and reports\nAttend internal company and external (subcon) meetings as necessary\nSupport/Assist internal Microchip Team for any assembly subcon related items\nHandling SPCN changes (case to case basis) which does not require MCHP qualification procedure\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBSC Graduate of Engineering (Ex.
