This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with a foundational understanding of environmental engineering, EHS, regulatory compliance, permitting, industrial hygiene, risk assessment, sustainability, or a closely related area.\nIn this role, you will complete defined assignments with appropriate technical guidance, partner with relevant technical and business stakeholders, and help deliver reliable, compliant, high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport development and sustainment of environmental, health, safety, permitting, risk, compliance, and management-system programs.\nSupport translation of regulatory, operational, facility, process, chemical, stakeholder, and business needs into requirements and controls.\nSupport analysis of hazards, environmental impacts, incidents, exposure, compliance, trends, risks, and technical tradeoffs.\nAssist with environmental, safety, compliance, permit, incident, and corrective-action investigations within approved scope.\nSupport review of permits, assessments, monitoring, audits, inspections, changes, controls, training, and readiness evidence.\nSupport prevention, compliance, pollution reduction, risk reduction, data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.\nAssist with coordination across EHS, facilities, manufacturing, engineering, legal, security, supply chain, and leadership teams.\nSupport maintenance of permits, assessments, monitoring, incidents, actions, reports, controls, and lifecycle documentation.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nMinimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field with 3 years or less of relevant experience in environmental engineering, EHS, regulatory compliance, permitting, industrial hygiene, risk assessment, sustainability, or a closely related area.\nQualified candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, structured problem solving, technical ownership, clear communication, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, quality and safety focus, and sound judgment in environmental and safety engineering work.\nSuccessful candidates are expected to demonstrate:\nEmployment stability, reliability, and sustained accountability in prior roles.\nEffective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.\nIntegrity and accuracy in representing qualifications, experience, and credentials.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with environmental compliance, air, water, waste, hazardous materials, permitting, EHS, industrial hygiene, or safety engineering.\nExperience with risk assessment, audits, inspections, incident investigation, corrective action, management systems, or regulatory reporting.\nExperience with manufacturing environments, pollution prevention, emergency response, sustainability, data analysis, or agency interaction.\nMaster’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field\nTravel Time:\n25% - 50%Physical Attributes:\nBending at Waist, Carrying, Crouching, Handling, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Other, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\n50% walking, 25% standing, 25% sittingPay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
