People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nManage the Hailo Developer Zone, including registration, gated access, permission models, and content tiers.\nCoordinate software release publishing across the website, Developer Zone, and community platforms.\nManage software, documentation, and downloadable content distribution.\nAdminister documentation publishing and release coordination with relevant internal teams.\nManage customer and developer registration, gated delivery, entitlements, and download permissions.\nAdminister HubSpot workflows and coordinate integrations with Salesforce and website registration systems.\nManage customer communications for software releases, product updates, and developer engagement programs.\nOversee community operations, moderation workflows, vendor coordination, and escalation paths.\nCoordinate with Communiteq, Kapa AI, Group 107, and related support processes.\nDocument operating models, access requirements, dependencies, vendors, account ownership, business rules, and escalation paths.\nTrain Microchip personnel and hand off digital ecosystem operations to designated owners and support teams.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nRequired Experience\nDeep knowledge of the Hailo Developer Zone and associated operational processes.\nExperience managing developer portals, gated content systems, permission models, and user entitlement processes.\nExperience administering software release publishing workflows and downloadable content distribution.\nFamiliarity with documentation publishing and release coordination across engineering, product management, and support teams.\nExperience with WordPress-based website operations, custom plugins, publishing processes, and operational dependencies.\nUnderstanding of website hosting, infrastructure dependencies, storage and download architecture, and IT-managed systems.\nExperience managing customer and developer registration workflows and user journeys.\nExperience administering HubSpot for lead capture, newsletters, marketing campaigns, release communications, and engagement tracking.\nExperience coordinating HubSpot integrations with Salesforce and website registration systems.\nExperience operating developer communities, including moderation, escalation workflows, and vendor coordination.\nExperience managing external vendors, requirements, issue triage, and operational support relationships.\nTechnical and Platform Knowledge\nDeveloper portal administration\nAccess control, gated content, and permission management\nSoftware release and digital asset distribution\nDocumentation publishing workflows\nWordPress and custom plugin operations\nHubSpot administration and Salesforce integration workflows\nCommunity platform operations and moderation\nKapa AI chatbot content sources, integrations, maintenance, and renewal considerations\nWebsite hosting, infrastructure dependencies, and storage/download architecture\nTravel Time:\nNo TravelTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
