People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nThe Manufacturing Technician - Microelectronics Assembly supports the production, assembly, inspection, and testing of semiconductor and microelectronic components in a highly controlled manufacturing environment. This role performs hands-on assembly operations in accordance with established work instructions, engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nThe ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in working with precision microelectronics, semiconductor devices, and specialized manufacturing equipment. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a controlled manufacturing environment and to consistently produce high-quality assemblies.\nPerform precision microelectronics assembly, bonding, packaging, labeling and related manufacturing operations according to established procedures and specifications.\nOperate production equipment, tooling, microscopes, and other specialized manufacturing instruments.\nFollow detailed work instructions, process specifications, drawings, schematics, and visual aids.\nInspect components and assemblies using microscopes, measurement tools, and other inspection equipment.\nIdentify defects, process abnormalities, and nonconforming material and escalate issues as appropriate.\nPerform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.\nRecord production data, inspection results, and process information accurately in manufacturing systems and documentation.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company 6S, ESD, and safety requirements.\nFollow ESD controls and other applicable semiconductor manufacturing practices.\nWork closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.\nPerform other manufacturing and technical duties as required.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n0-2 years of relevant manufacturing, electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor, or technical experience with applicable trade/vocational accreditations; or 2 years of relevant experience without formal accreditations.\nStrong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn and perform precision microelectronics assembly processes.\nAbility to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and process documentation.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to consistently perform repetitive, precision-oriented tasks.\nAbility to use basic hand tools, measurement equipment, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment.\nBasic computer skills and ability to accurately document production activities.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nAbility to follow established safety, quality, and ESD procedures.\nPreferred Requirements/Qualifications:\nExperience working under a microscope or performing fine-pitch/precision assembly.\nExperience with wire bonding, die attach, component assembly, soldering, rework, packaging, or semiconductor device assembly.\nU.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
