Our mission is to manage power consumption at both the chip and the system level, leveraging the industry's lowest power and unique mixed-signal FPGAs and SoC’s to offer system designers a competitive edge. Our Design Center in Hyderabad, India is a growing and vital member of the group.\nAbout this Position:\nYou will join the custom design team to design analog IP’s for FPGA products. You will work closely with architects, technology development and software engineers to ensure that the company deploys new products with the highest quality and shortest time to market. This position will provide the opportunity to work on multiple projects supporting key functions within the organization.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\nWork with analog design lead and architects to design specific analog IP blocks\nSimulate analog circuits across process corners and operating conditions, including Montecarlo analysis\nModel design blocks to be included in top level mixed signal simulations\nPost-silicon validation of design at block and system level\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBSEE or MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering\n10+ years of direct experience working on analog and mixed-signal circuits\nExperience in high-speed and analog circuit design including the following: ADCs, DACs, Filters, bandgap, POR circuits, high accuracy comparators etc.\nStrong fundamentals of circuit theory, design, and layout\nHands-on experience in scripting and automation (Skill, Python, Perl, Tcl, etc.)\nStrong knowledge in Cadence IC design flow and tools\nExpertise in the system design of mixed signal circuits is preferred\nHands-on experience with lab testing of analog blocks\nInitiative (self-motivated, self-confident, self-driven, self-learning, always striving for excellence)\nCommitment (responsible, responsive, committed to winning)\nSolid functional and technical skills\nWork quality (\"do it right the first time\", attention to detail, good documentation)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication, documentation and presentation skills\nMust have strong self-learning ability, leadership, and enjoy working in teams\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in board design fundamentals, signal and power integrity\nExperience with Verilog or VHDL\nWorking knowledge of SOC and/or FPGA Architectures\nKnowledge of FPGA design generation flow associated with Microchip (Libero), or any other FPGA\nTravel Time:\nNo TravelTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
