This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards, extracting and transforming data using SQL, and partnering with stakeholders to provide actionable analysis on financial performance, trends, and operational drivers.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for Finance and Business Unit stakeholders.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nExtract, transform, and validate data using SQL from enterprise databases.\nProvide insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.\nPartner with Finance teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions.\nAutomate reporting processes and improve data accessibility and efficiency.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analytics platforms.\nLeverage AI tools to improve analytics workflows, automate tasks, and enhance insight generation.\nRequirements\nBachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.\n5 years of experience.\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nExperience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and technologies for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.\nAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Unit stakeholders.\nPreferred\nExperience with Python or other data automation tools.\nKnowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or P&L analysis.\nExperience working with large datasets and enterprise data warehouses.\nThis position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.Travel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nFeeling, Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\n80% sitting, 10% standing, 10% walkingMicrochip Technology Incis an equal opportunity/affirmativeaction employer.
