In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, qualification, and production support of MEMS timing technology for a variety of applications.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate with engineers across multiple sites and disciplines, including MEMS design, ASIC design, wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and product engineering. This position will help develop and sustain high-performance timing devices from early-stage technology development through production and customer delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, characterize, and analyze MEMS resonators and related technologies.\nPerform simulations, laboratory evaluations, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis of new and existing devices.\nParticipate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept and design through qualification, release, and production support.\nDevelop, refine, and maintain test software and automation used for laboratory characterization and production testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including MEMS, ASIC design, process engineering, assembly, test, quality, and product engineering, to bring new technologies and products to market.\nCommunicate technical findings, project status, risks, and opportunities to project and engineering leadership.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.\n5 years of relevant engineering experience.\nUnderstanding of MEMS design and underlying fundamentals.\nExperience with Python programming for data analysis, automation, or engineering applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a cross-functional team, multi-site team.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPh.D. in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.\nDirect experience designing, modeling, fabricating, and/or characterizing MEMS resonators.\nExperience with relevant simulation and analysis tools, such as COMSOL, MATLAB, and Cadence.\nExperience using Python and LabVIEW for laboratory characterization, test automation, or production device evaluation.\nExperience analyzing large-scale device test data and developing statistical, machine-learning, or classification models.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing, wafer-level processing, assembly, production testing, or product qualification.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nHearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\n80% sitting, 10% walking, 10% standingPay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
