The Operations Product Engineering team is responsible for supporting FPGA and SoC products throughout qualification, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing, with a focus on product quality, reliability, yield improvement, and operational performance.\nIn this role, you will support current and next-generation FPGA/SoC products through manufacturing issues, product yield enhancement and failure analysis for current and next-generation FPGA/SoC products. The successful candidate will work closely with Design, Technology Development, and Customer Support teams to resolve complex product-related issues and support products from qualification through high-volume production.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport current and next-generation FPGA/SoC products through qualification, manufacturing ramp, and production.\nPerform failure analysis and yield enhancement activities on FPGA/SoC products.\nAnalyze electrical test data, wafer sort data, and production trends to identify yield and quality improvement opportunities.\nSupport manufacturing issue resolution and drive corrective actions for product and test-related challenges.\nParticipate in silicon debug and validation activities related to production readiness and sustaining engineering efforts.\nWork closely with Design, Technology Development, Product/Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Customer Support teams to resolve product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare technical summaries, data analysis, and engineering recommendations based on product and manufacturing findings.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nB.S. in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience\nSolid understanding of digital circuits, CMOS logic, VLSI fundamentals, and semiconductor physics.\nExperience analyzing electrical test, characterization, yield, or manufacturing data.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in a laboratory environment using electrical test and debug equipment.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting FPGA, SoC, ASIC, CPLD, or related semiconductor products.\nExperience performing failure analysis and root cause investigations.\nKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, qualification, and reliability processes.\nExperience supporting production ramp, sustaining engineering, or yield improvement activities.\nFamiliarity with data analysis, scripting, or engineering automation tools.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nFeeling, Hearing, Other, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\n10% walking, 10% standing, 80% sitting; 100% in doors; Usual business hoursPay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
