People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nWe are looking for an SDET with strong experience in UI and API test automation to ensure high-quality software delivery across web applications and services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated UI test scripts using Selenium for regression and functional testing.\nCreate and maintain API automation frameworks and test scripts using Rest Assured.\nWrite and execute SQL queries and work with MongoDB for backend validation and data verification.\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define effective test scenarios.\nGenerate test reports, track defects, and provide insights to improve product quality and release processes.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with Selenium automation. \nKnowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). \nExperience in testing AI/Agentic AI applications, workflows, prompts, responses, and integrations. \nGood knowledge of SQL and MongoDB. \nExperience in API automation using Rest Assured. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. \nNice to Have:\nPerformance and load testing using Postman, JMeter or similar tools. \nMobile testing along with automation experience. \nKnowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance testing. \nRequirements/Qualifications:\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 to 7 years of related work experience \nSuccessful candidates are expected to demonstrate:\nEmployment stability, reliability, and sustained accountability in prior roles.\nEffective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.\nIntegrity and accuracy in representing qualifications, experience, and credentials.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
