We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer II - Verification with strong expertise in Analog Behavioral Modeling and Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) Verification to join our growing team.\nDevelop and maintain behavioral models for analog and mixed-signal IPs using Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog RNM, or equivalent modeling methodologies.\nValidate behavioral models against transistor-level (Spice or Vams netlist) implementations and silicon measurements where applicable.\nDevelop verification plans, test cases, and regression environments for AMS verification\nSupport verification and integration of analog macros such as:ADC/DAC\nPLLs\nVoltage Regulators (LDO)\nBandgap References\nComparators\nOscillators and Clocking Circuits\n\nParticipate in methodology improvements and deployment of AI-assisted verification, modeling, and debug workflows.\nundefined\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related field.\n 4 to 9 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification, Behavioral Modeling.\nGood understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and transistor-level circuit operation.\nStrong knowledge of CMOS device characteristics and analog circuit behavior.\nExperience developing behavioral models using:\nVerilog-A\nVerilog-AMS\nSystemVerilog Real Number Modeling (RNM)\nEquivalent modeling techniques\nExperience performing subsystem-level AMS verification.\nGood understanding of SPICE simulations and correlation between behavioral and transistor-level models.\nFamiliarity with analog building blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, Voltage Regulators, Bandgaps, Comparators, Oscillators, and Clock Management circuits.\nHands-on experience with any of following AMS simulation environments:\nCadence AMS Designer\nSpectre\nQuesta ADMS\nXcelium\nEquivalent industry-standard tools\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in multidisciplinary teams consisting of analog, digital, RF, firmware, and software engineers.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nTravel Time:\nNo TravelTo all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
