People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nJob Description and Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the sales team and BUs to drive demand creation within a defined customer base, influencing product selection through demonstrations and presentations of digital power products and development tools.\nProvide in-depth engineering support and technical assistance for client hardware and software development.\nAdapt existing reference designs to meet specific customer requirements.\nConduct hardware and system-level design reviews.\nPrepare and deliver comprehensive technical training.\nAchieve quarterly and annual targets (NNR$, DW$, MBO).\nMonitor and analyze Opportunity, Net New Revenue, and Design-win status on a regular basis.\nPromote products and drive business development across all Microchip product lines, with a primary focus on digital power applications.\nGather market intelligence, including competitive analysis, SWOT assessments, and future industry trends.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nJob Requirements and Mandatory Skills:\nA minimum of 5 years of field experience in digital power design is REQUIRED.\nIn-depth knowledge of power electronics and MCU/DSP-based digital power control.\nProficiency with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, AC/DC sources, electronic loads, etc.).\nProven ability to conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews.\nStrong English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).\nExcellent communication skills, particularly when coordinating with internal Business Units (BUs) and distributors.\nAbility to travel as required to domestic and international customer sites, primarily within Greater China.\nDemonstrated experience in effective customer relationship management.\nTravel Time:\n25% - 50%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
