This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with a market- and customer-driven mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with internal Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to grow our revenue through design wins. This job will align customer needs, go-to-market execution, and product strategy.\nAs thevoice of the customer, you will translate market and customer insights into clear input for product planning, positioning, and roadmap decisions, while partnering with Sales and FAE teams and to drive design wins and revenue growth worldwide.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive global business development strategy for Mixed-Signal and Linear products in close collaboration withProduct Management and SMEs.\nAct as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements, applications, and pain points are clearly understood and addressed.\nIdentify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while expanding key strategic accounts.\nWork hand-in-hand withProduct Managers to influence product positioning, roadmap priorities, and feature definition based on market and customer feedback.\nCoordinate withSubject Matter Experts, ensuring consistent technical messaging and effective customer support.\nPartner with Sales and FAE teams to maximize product adoption, design wins, and long-term customer success.\nWith our SME, identify new customers for our mixed signal devices and coordinate with our Sales and FAE to give them complete microchip support.\nLead customer engagements including technical discussions on how our devices can meet their requirements.\nSupport global promotional activities and value-based messaging tailored to key customers and target markets.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).\nStrong technical background inMixed-Signal and/or Linear semiconductor products.\nProven experience in business development, product marketing, or technical sales.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally withProduct Management, SMEs, Sales, and FAEs.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers and internal stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally up to20%.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nFeeling, Hearing, Seeing, Works Alone, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements:\nSitting, Standing/WalkingMicrochip Technology Incis an equal opportunity/affirmativeaction employer.
