People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nJob Responsibilities\nFormulate and review specification and procedures for assembly processes.\nRecommend and prepare equipment including parts and materials to support the assembly processes.\nInstall, characterize, optimize and maintain the assembly equipment in the best condition for assembly processes.\nImplement continue improvement plan to enhance the assembly yield, quality, productivity and cycle time to meet the company targets.\nDevelop the continues improvement plan to enhance the assembly yield, quality, productivity and cycle time to meet the company targets.\nAnalyze and evaluate the root cause of defects and deviations on yield, quality, productivity and develop the corrective actions including setting the standard procedure to prevent the recurrence.\nApply SPC techniques for monitoring and optimizing assembly process & IQC to ensure the product quality.\nCollaborate with concerned parties to support for the company goals or targets.\nProvide guidance and training to engineers, technicians and production.\nPerforms other jobs as been assigned\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nQualifications\nBachelor in engineering or science in any fields\nAt least 3 years working experiences in IC manufacturing.\nGood command in English communication.\nGood at computer skill.\nStrong at analytical, problem solving and decision, communication, teamwork skills.\nHaving can do attitude.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
