People like you.\nVisit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!\nJob Description:\nJob duties include\nWork closely with both test operation test engineering (ATE) and new product introduction (DFT) teams\nDevelop, debug, simulate and validate manufacturing test vectors and test programs\nWriting scripts used to develop test programs/vectors/data\nDocument new product test plans, test flows and hardware\nPerform yield improvement and test time reduction\nSupport continuous innovation in test development, rollout, product quality and cost\nSupport manufacturing sort and test operation teams on both onshore and offshore test facilities\nAbility to work independently under high pressure and flexibility working in a dynamic environment\nCommunicate with other disciplines in the organization\nKey values, beliefs, and attitudes\nInitiative (self-motivated, self-confident, self-driven, self-learning, always striving for excellence)\nCommitment (responsible, responsive, commit to winning)\nSolid functional and technical skills\nWork quality (\"do it right the first time\", attention to detail, good documentation)\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nRequired Skills and Experience\n·BS or MS in EE and 10+ years of experience in Validation/Test development\n·Experience with Manufacturing Test Systems (such as Teradyne J750)\n·Hands on experience in testing and debug of silicon (such as FPGA, ASIC, test chips, etc.)\n·Exposure to JTAG based debuggers is a big plus\n·Understanding basics of silicon manufacturing issues and their design methods.
