This role performs preventive maintenance, follows established safety and cleaning procedures, and works independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks.\nShift: Back Days (C) every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 7am-7:12pm\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.\nComplete assigned tasks independently and as part of a team, including physically demanding work.\nApply appropriate mechanical techniques and established cleaning procedures to rebuild subassemblies and maintain vacuum systems.\nOperate and maintain equipment using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\nComplete assigned equipment tasks with minimal assistance after training.\nUse training materials, job aids, and certification requirements to support ongoing development and assigned performance goals.\nUse process-measurement data from external sources to assess the quality of work completed on preventive maintenance tasks.\nComplete required physical evaluations or certifications related to PPE, as applicable.\nWear required PPE-including respirators and P100 masks-when the task requires it.\nPerform preventive maintenance on a weekly basis.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nStrong teamwork and customer-service skills, including the ability to work effectively across teams, support fellow technicians, share knowledge, and contribute to common goals.\nPreferred Skills and Knowledge\nAssociate degree in a technical field, or an electronics or military electronics certificate.\n2+ years of relevant work experience or training.\nExperience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment, ideally ion implantation equipment.\nPractical knowledge of electronics, mechanics, vacuum theory, and safe and clean room practices.\nFamiliarity with troubleshooting methods and the operating principles of equipment and systems; ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, flow charts, and cause-and-effect diagrams.\nExperience setting up, operating, and interpreting output from test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, current and voltage sources, and chart recorders.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%Physical Attributes:\nBending at Waist, Bending at Waist, Carrying, Climbing, Crawling, Crouching, Dust or gases, Electrical Hazards, Feeling, Foot Controls, Fumes or Odors, Handling, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Mechanical Hazards, Noise and/or vibration, Other, Piece Work, Poor Ventilation, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Stooping {+ 2 more}Physical Requirements:\nAble to lift, push, pull approx. 50 lbs; carry 50 lbs; sit 5%; stand 60%; walk 35%Pay Range:\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
