This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, process stability, and adherence to safety and quality standards while providing technical leadership to junior technicians.\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on WLCSP equipment (e.g., lithography tools, grinders, bonders, molders, plasma cleaners, testers).\nDiagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and software-related equipment issues.\nMinimize equipment downtime through rapid root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation.\nSupport Night shift activities such as continuous circulation of chemical baths, Tool Alarms reset and troubleshoot\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.\nMust be willing to work a 12 hrs night shift\nMust have experience is Photo Lithography, Sputtering, Plate and Strip and Etch\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
