The TOPM will be responsible for the overall performance of the Task Order (TO), ensuring work standards are met, schedules are maintained, and personnel are effectively managed.\n**Active Secret Clearance Required\nTHIS IS A PLANNED POSITION\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the contractor's single TO manager and primary liaison with the AAS COR and USMEPCOM TPOC.\nFormulate and enforce work standards across the task order.\nAssign and manage contractor schedules.\nReview and resolve work discrepancies.\nSupervise contractor personnel and subcontractors.\nCommunicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates and subcontractors.\nMaintain overall accountability for task order performance and delivery outcomes.\nOther duties as assigned\n Required Qualifications:Must be an employee of the prime contractor\nActive Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.\nMinimum of seven (7) years of experience within the past ten (10) years as a TOPM, leading and delivering IT and mission support services.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience within the past eight (8) years planning and executing complex IT tasks and projects with minimal government direction and oversight.\nActive Secret Clearance.\n Preferred Qualifications:DoDI 8570.01 Level I certification (any category or specialty equivalent) or higher.\nOne or more infrastructure-related technology certifications.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years leading a geographically diverse team.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with government and public-sector personnel.\nMaster's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.\nSalary: $150,000-$175,000 (Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs)Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays, PTO, commuter benefits, employee assistance program (EAP), and educational reimbursement\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
